Return policy
Returning Items
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the tracking number with your return. Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund for the purchase price. All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back. After we receive the returned items and inspect the package, we will issue the refund within 5 working days.
Received a Faulty Item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team right away, providing the following information:
- Your order number
- Name of the damaged item
- Description of the issue
- A clear photo of the fault
- For delivery damage, please also include a photo of the damaged packaging.
Claims for delivery-related damage must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that refunds, exchanges, or replacements cannot be processed without proof of damage.
Received the Wrong Item?
If you received an incorrect item, contact our support team immediately and include:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received
- A photo of the item you received
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Faulty Products
For faulty, damaged, or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returning Items for Other Reasons
If you're returning items due to ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Be sure to get a return receipt for tracking purposes.

Return Label
We do not provide a return label, so it is the customer’s responsibility to handle that.
